Lightwood Cheese is set in the heart of the Worcestershire countryside, a stone’s throw from the birthplace of Edward Elgar to the west of the city of Worcester.
Ours is a small business, making a range of largely handmade cheeses from the milk of cows, goats and sheep. We employ traditional artisan methods, combined with modern standards of hygiene, to produce delicious cheeses with a distinctive character.

You won’t find our cheeses in supermarkets, but in farm shops, delicatessens and specialist cheese shops around the country. We also attend farmers’ markets and food festivals in our region.
However and wherever you find our cheese, we hope you enjoy it.
